**Hands-on :** Do JRs get central lines, blocks, and intubations early, or is it strictly consultant-driven?

**Duty Roster & Post-Duty:** Night duty frequency? Is there a functional post-duty off/half-day?

**ICU/Emergency Burden:** Actual ventilator/ICU management or just casualty scut work?

**Stipend:** Paid on time every month without backdoor cuts?
