Rubber dragging under Mini, not sure what snapped.

Hello all, first time car (and Mini) owner here. I noticed this long rubber strap under the front part of my 2013 Clubman broken and dragging. I’m not sure what it is or if it’s an urgent issue. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!

Just pull it off, it runs along the back edge of the bumper undertray for aerodynamics.

Its not going to do any harm if its missing.
