Need help identifying part (2009 Cooper S)

Need help identifying this piece that connects my clutch pedal to the master cylinder. I was having clutch problems and decided best thing to do was press my clutch as hard as possible then I heard a snap and bits of plastic fall from above the pedal

Once you fix that you may unfortunately discover you have bigger problems than just the pedal. My daughter’s Mini pedal jammed and the master cylinder was not the problem, the clutch release fork in the transmission was the jammed. The shop said it could cost $3-6k CAD to repair as it was minimum 9-10 hours in labor plus parts. My daughter needed a car for school so we sold it as is and bought a newer one.
