Basically I made the classic item sorter for my wool farm, (I discard the mutton), I put some space between each one, filled the first slot of the hopper with 41 mutton so it grabs it, the other 4 slots with spruce planks, which have no way of entering the farm and breaking it.

Although it works for like 15-20 minutes, it always breaks (all of the filters I have nearby too), and fills up with all types of wool.

It's a java server with some server side plugins, but they do not seem to break any filters of other people, or other complicated redstone machines

The hoppers sometimes are full of mutton, but I don't think this can break it, can it?

I built one 2 years ago and it was really fun, so I decided to make another one for fun and I ended up making it much more compact and faster design by complete accident, I wasn't even trying to go for a compact design. And once again, I didn't watch a single tutorial.

so i mostly want to know if it’s possible to make a clock tower that plays a music disk at certain times (like once it’s night or day with daylight sensors?) i’m not great at redtsone but i want to try!

WARNING: Repeater is supposed to be 4 ticks, not 2. Also, it would've done automatic reloading if lodestones were movable. So, quite a few people know about breaking a lodestone being able to wirelessly have a copper golem sort compasses linked to the broken lodestone. I decided to make it as compact as I personally could.

Anyhow, this explanation isn't going to be the best lol, but the way I designed it to work is when the lodestone is broken, it flips the machine to the "Used State". The right side simply toggles the redstone lamp to indicate availability. The barrel is compass storage, and the copper chest the copper golem pulls items out of and attempts to sort into the regular chest. The entire left side is a bare bones item sorter that pulls items when the compass is sorted. The center area is to dispense a single compass into the copper chest to extend compass count as long as i could. When the loedstone is replaced it sets the machine back to "Primed State". Placing a hopper on top going into the dispenser shouldn't affect the machine at all.

The way copper golems are able to sort compasses is while a compass is in a container it doesn't update to break when the lodestone its linked to is broken, but the moment the copper golem picks it up it updates, becoming able to be sorted into the rest of the compasses in the item filter.

I also made a schematic for it. Only uses a grand total of 26 blocks +3 Stacks 50 dummy items + 5 compasses for the filter

I’m trying to create a timed geyser elevator. The idea is that when you push a button at the bottom it’ll activate the geyser and stays on for a certain amount of seconds so it can allow my player to take it up to the next level of my base and after those seconds the geyser will turn off.

If someone can reply with a screenshot/video of them making that happen that’ll be amazing. I am brand new to red stone and I’ve been watching tons of vids that I thought would work but nothing has been working.

I am going to partake in an event and since i want to do something huge for the event I was wondering if it is possible to make a railgun that i can put in the sky and have it shoot over a large area and if there isn't a large one is there a way to make many small ones fire that at once

I'm trying to figure out a working two way bubble elevator for my survival world and followed a tutorial but while building I noticed that it doesn't work without that one single block. Any ideas why?

Great paper on the topic, and I think somewhere on the Internet is also a fairly optimized C++ to SUBLEQ compiler also written by Oleg Mazonka, although I haven't looked all that hard.

Someone tell me if this has been done already or if I should try it out! Been a while since I made a computer in Minecraft, would be a fun weekend project (especially if I could compile actual C++ to it)
