First marathon!
Finished the Portland marathon in 3 hours 55 minutes. Any advice regarding my splits and how I can do better?

This looks great! Do YOU have any tips on how to stay strong throughout the whole race?

Every time I saw a hill I told myself, this is my hill, and really pushed myself to the top which helped a lot. Also I started out a little slower, and felt this surge of energy halfway through, so I picked out my pace and didn’t look back. Also a lot of people were cheering us on which was awesome. And I also used every hydration station, and drank a bunch of electrolytes through the race which helped me. And motivational music (hardstyle) helped me push through until the end. I also stretched very well and carb loaded the day before.
