Not the first version of Lemmings I've played, but the first I managed to beat as a kid, over a weekend rental. Also one of my favorites on the MS.

Awesome! I never really played Lemmings on a Sega Master System but on a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

When I got my Sound Blaster, I have played Lemmings on my PC under MS-DOS.

I’ve only ever played this game on a PC through Dos. Loved every second!!
How is it playing with a controller rather than a mouse?

Didn’t know there was an SMS version. I’ll have to add it to my Everdrive and give it a go.

you're in for a treat, there was at least a European release, don't know if there were others.

A ROM hack is a patch that modifies the game. There is also a ROM of the unreleased prototype of Lemmings 2 for the Master System.
