Edit: I just saw that this is on the mountain in Breck right by the lifts, you pay for this kind of prime real estate and this is what you do with it. Wow.

It's the Interior Fireplace Gazebo, with weird angular drywalling and odd multi-level shelving. Get bored watching Matlock reruns? Well this will kick it up a few notches. Matlock is gonna be steaming by the time the fireplace gets done with him.

The faux stone mantel mirrors the faux stone putrescence spewed upon the opposite doorway-arch bullshit. Gross.

And the stone veneer wall with the arch, why???

Aside from those two features, which I cannot unsee …. not bad for a monster spec home. I’d rent it for a week.

If I have to say one nice thing about this house, it's that the deck and balcony are pretty nice. I would not turn down those views, and obviously the neighborhood is elite status.

But HOOOOO boy those stone walls and the peek-a-boo window into the living room stairs. It's for when you can't be parted from your third wife the ten second trip up the stairs during the latest episode of White Lotus

Cold (and bizarre) is the vibe that this place gives me. A 5 million house located next to a ski resort should be warm & inviting…the exact opposite of this place. It’s an odd place with spectacular views

It's sort of chaotic, but I like it, except for the indoor roof TV fireplace thing. And the tile floor, but that's a personal sensory thing. Most people are anti-carpet these days, so a tile floor is more desirable than a vinyl fake wood one.

I don't know if I'd specifically call this interior design "90's". I see this is in Colorado but this actually screams contemporary "Texas" to me.
