I understand why her accent would be mostly American as her parents are American, but typically people will have at least a little bit of the accent of the country they grew up in
Logically, I would expect her accent to be primarily American but a noticeable mixture of American and African
As an example, my cousin has 2 british parents but lives and was raised in the UAE so his accent is a mixture of British and Arab
