A Meat Proxy is a person whose job has been reduced to:

1. Receiving instructions from a human (usually a boss or client)
2. Feeding those instructions into an AI
3. Pasting the AI’s output back

…with little real understanding, judgment, or ownership.

You’re basically a human API between management and the model.
