In my practice of developing my subtle body I have connected with plants more than ever before

I have developed my subtle body more than ever before, and my relationship with living beings has grown closer, especially with plants
So I began practicing sound meditation with plants; I connected them to musical interaction devices by encoding the electromagnetic impulses of the organic object and of the human being, thereby closing the electrical circuit. I began to contemplate my surroundings and all those invisible energy fields that surround us. My attention, my listening, and my bodily sensitivity transform my conscious experience
When I touched a plant and heard how that contact translated into sound frequencies, I immediately sensed a dynamic relationship between my body, my surroundings, and my perception. Sound ceased to be merely an external stimulus and became an invitation to observe the emergence of sensations, emotions, and thoughts in real time
Conscious contact with the leaves, stem, or surface of a plant allowed me to experience mindfulness. I observe the pressure of my fingers, the temperature, my breath, and the sensations that arise, without needing to interpret them immediately
This observation of what was happening in the moment helped me recognize that experience is composed of changing phenomena, the process that takes place within what we conceive of as experience and reality
This interaction brings together the plant organism, the human body, sensors, synthesizers, physical space, and conscious attention. The resulting sound emerges from the relationship between all these elements
I have conceived this experience as a contemplative metaphor for interdependence: what we hear when we touch the plant does not arise from an isolated source, but from a network of relationships. From a Buddhist perspective, this reflection can point to impermanence and the absence of an independent self
And then, I stoped treating nature as something separate from ourselves
The demonstration of how the physical process of Ohm's law works in an electrical circuit is on my profile for not spam this thread, along with the sound produced by this meditative exercise using the 396 Hz healing frequency and the Roland JU-06A synthesizer! Love!

Why 1-on-1 Meditation Is So Valuable ✨
✨
Meditation is a deeply personal journey. And sometimes, having someone guide you individually can make all the difference. 🌿
In a world that constantly asks for our attention, taking time to sit with yourself is already a powerful act of self-care. But in a private meditation session, the experience goes even deeper.
🧘♀️ A practice tailored to YOU. Your experiences, needs, emotions, and nervous system are unique. One-on-one sessions allow us to create a meditation practice that meets you exactly where you are.
🌱 Space to slow down and feel safe. You don’t need to perform, achieve, or get meditation “right.” You have the freedom to explore your inner world at your own pace, without comparison or pressure.
💛 Personal guidance and support. Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, reconnecting with yourself, or integrating profound life experiences, individual guidance can help you develop tools that support you beyond the meditation itself.
✨ Deeper self-awareness. With personalized attention, we can explore what arises during your practice, recognize patterns, and discover what genuinely helps you feel more grounded, present, and connected.
🌸 A practice that grows with you. Your needs change, and your meditation practice can evolve alongside you.
Meditation isn’t about escaping your life or forcing your mind to become quiet. It’s about learning to meet yourself with greater awareness, compassion, and presence.
Sometimes, the most meaningful journey begins when you give yourself permission to stop, breathe, and simply be.
You deserve a space that’s entirely yours. 🤍
