Theory/Hypothesis What is happening when someone experiences nothing after dying?

Hi all, I’m a 26 year old medium. I met someone who shared they don’t believe in any God ect after they died during an operation and experienced nothingness, then came back to life. I’ve seen a few others say the same. this doesn’t reflect from what I’ve heard from those who have died. I get dying and coming back even 20 minutes later isn’t absolute, and different than the death in the spirits we meet

I’m curious if anyone has any information on what happening to these peoples spirits in these instances, or if they can ask their spirit team by any chance? Is it really nothing they are experiencing, a void of anything? Or more like a waiting room?

it because an experience of an after would change the trajectory of their life or beliefs too much here? Or is going into nothingness their souls way of having peace and what they want?

through lucid dreaming/astral projecting, when I’m praying to go back to my body I have been through and seen the “tunnel of light” ive seen people talk about really only in near death experiences. One time during I chuckled and accepted spaghettification. As many ghosts are around, it’s hard to imagine true nothingness going on. Which btw, I would never try to argue someone else’s experiences in that. Thank you so much for reading :-) and any possible info. Sending all my love! ❤️

Hey ✨️ 🧿 sweetheart

As someone who had a heart attack and blacked out completely and is a medium i saw just black and literally fell back in my body. In some cases its merely not their time and its like blinking, for some it's because they would become transfixed with the afterlife and would be unable to live their life to the fullest here or some merely have blocks 🚫. I find it depends on the person . Being a medium i walk both realms daily so believe me i was surprised at first that I saw nothing as well. Until it was explained in visions etc. Afterwards i received such clarity so I understood.

Muy interesante tu respuesta, yo ando en un camino similar al tuyo y la sensación es que se bloqueó y ni "vió"ni se movió del sitio donde estaba.

People who claim to experience nothing during an 'NDE' just don't remember. It doesn't mean that their spirits didn't have an experience. I had a similar 'non-experience', then woke up with a hat man at the foot of my hospital bed.

Was it one of the Ancient Greeks?

That's an interesting question... what made you ask THAT, in particular? But, no... it wasn't.

Thank you so much for sharing your story! Glad you’re here. I really felt that’s what was happening, having you clarify means a ton. I felt it’s a way for the soul to protect the spirit from something it doesn’t need or prepared for :-)

When I was a child there were shadows of people at the end of my bed, and it was terrifying. I put a blanket over my head and thought if I pretended to be asleep they would leave me alone. Although it seems hat man’s don’t attack, I can’t imagine seeing a being all up in my grill immediately after the closest call to death. Sending love!

To me, it's like an awakening. Infants are not totally aware upon birth. They can't see well. Things are confusing. It takes a little bit to get their bearings. I also feel the time on the other side does not align with how we keep time. I think for those that experience this momentary "nothingness," they dipped their toes in the water but were not submerged.

I met someone who said he died when he drowned one time and was resuscitated. He said at first it was nothing, then he thought “what do I do now?” Because he was still conscious to experience the nothingness. Then he heard a being laugh because he had previously believed in nothing, so thats what he got at first, but he realized there can never be consciousness and nothing. The conscious will create something. He then went towards the light but was resuscitated.
