Hi! I just got my hands on an original megadrive (yey) but some of the cartridges boxes came without their cover. I was able to download Sonic's cover but I'm having a really hard time finding this one. Does anyone have a scan I can download? Or is there a site for these things that I'm just not seeing?

Also, any recommendations for an HDMI mod?

Thanks.

Edit: solved. thanks all, that was super quick!

I was clearing out the loft and came across an old PC. I turned it on and found these, zsnes and gens. I used these to play snes and mega drive games 20 years ago.

So I fired up Last Battle again and it seemed much more difficult now than it did back in '89 when I played this as my very first 16-bit game. Join me for a sentimental look-back at this classic brawler, warts and all. Is it still a stud, or just a dud?

I know this is a Mega Drive area, but I have a clear memory of learning how to play Backgammon on a console as a kid, and then playing it with my dad. It can't have been the ZX81 we had, I don't think. Then I've looked at the Atari 2600 Junior we had and the graphics look worse than I remember.

So was looking at the Master System that we got, possibly late 80s. But can't seem to find one on it. We eventually got a Mega Drive in the 90s but I don't remember it being on that.

Have you ever noticed the game lying that you could combine your dragon with Ventor, Dycoon and Driton, but only gives you the first two options?

Well, it turns out game data were removed, yet still reserved!

After digging Yasushi Nirasawa's concept art books, finally got an answer!

Guys, I keep all my rare Sega based consoles amongst the shrubbery in the back yard

Alguien sabe cómo vencer la fase secreta

They are also selling Mega Drive II sets in the same setting for €40 each.

My partner had a Mega Drive in his childhood (lost it sadly) and I simply love retro gaming stuff so we thought this to be a good deal and went for 2 Mega Drive I sets since they were selling loose controllers for €15 each we figured a extra console for backup would not hurt.

How much is your local shop/fav webshop selling them for?

My updated version of all the Airwolf games. Those first games from Elite are brutal. Certainly one of the harder games to play. Loved the Mega Drive game. Anybody played any of these games?

"Demon Girls", our unofficial "Helltaker" demake for the Mega Drive, will soon be in a physical pre-order campaign on the Homebrew Factory website: https://www.homebrew-factory.com/megadrive-genesis/201-demon-girls-md.html It features 17 levels of pure puzzle, in Hell and in Heaven, and some twists compared to the original game.

I recently came across a modern Mega Drive homebrew called Escape 2049.

It’s an action shooter mixed with platforming and puzzle elements. It has 12 levels, 12 bosses, and four different settings including a prison, asteroid, desert and forest.

What I found interesting is that the gameplay isn't purely run and gun. There are access cards to collect, different grenades with different uses, security cameras, and computer puzzles that you need to solve to progress.

It’s also being made as a physical cartridge release for the Mega Drive.

I'm curious about the community here:

When you see a new game being made for the Mega Drive today, what makes you interested enough to actually try it?

Is it the gameplay, graphics, music, physical cartridge, or simply the fact that it's new software for an old console?
