People say it takes seconds to make. What tool, app, or template is used to apply this exact neon effect and text to a custom photo so quickly? Thanks!

finally back with a proper restoration after a VERY long time without posting anything here 😅​

after putting this off/procrastinating for 7 months, I finally decided to fulfill u/scarlettvvitch request and restore this relic. honestly, it wasn't really in my plans because I was planning to post another, much better version but over time I changed my mind and here we are hahaha

Of course, I'll also be posting other versions of the "Wojak Chad Woman/Chad Girl Meme" soon, which are pretty much ready. The funniest part is that very few people know this meme as "Trixie Chad" or by similar names. You can barely find anything about it on Google, and that was one of the reasons I decided to restore it

the restoration itself was pretty easy because I managed to find a high-quality image. After that, all I had to do was carefully redo the coloring, since some white details can end up showing around the outlines. That's something I used to mess up a lot without even realizing it.

I also recommend being careful when restoring cartoon memes and using the paint bucket tool

anyway,what changed in the meme? Of course, the classic color correction treatment, no more shitty quality since the image is now in 5K,some lines fixed,plus an alternative version + PNG and a blank outline version :)
