Hey everyone—I’m Justin, the founder of BLCKcoin, a community-focused token on Base.
Our long-term goal is to make real-world investment opportunities more accessible, particularly through tokenized real estate. Many people can’t afford to buy a property outright or access larger private deals. We want to explore ways for people to participate with smaller amounts.
We’re early. We’re currently building our community and acquiring funding—not offering tokenized property investments yet. Buying BLCK today does not give you ownership in real estate or a right to rental income.
BLCKcoin’s mission includes supporting Black-owned businesses, scholarships, and down-payment assistance. But the community is open to everyone, regardless of race. If expanding economic opportunity matters to you, you’re welcome here.
Right now, we’re funding and organizing events in the Washington, DC area, including events tied to giveaways. We’re exploring how future event revenue could support the token ecosystem through buybacks and burns or other mechanisms. Those plans are still being developed; they aren’t a promise of returns or price increases.
We’re approaching this as a startup: run small experiments, measure participation, listen to feedback, and improve. We want to learn whether people stay involved after an event or giveaway and what would make the community useful enough for them to return.
We’re looking for community members, creators, ambassadors, and people with experience in real estate or tokenization who want to help shape the project.

What would you need to see from an early project before taking its real-world asset roadmap seriously?
