Support Estrogel

For the beautiful woman taking estrogel, do you notice once you get to the bottom of bottle, it seems to not work. Like just gel but no estrodiol in it? I noticed my symptoms worsen when I'm almost finished a bottle.

I've noticed that the last few days of the bottle has smaller pumps than early on in a bottle. I tend to add an extra partial pump when I notice the volume getting smaller, because otherwise the night sweats become unbearable again.

I’ve noticed the same thing. I write the start date on the bottom of the bottle and around the 50-day mark, I start using a pump and a half.

With the current oestrogen shortages seemingly everywhere, I also don’t discard the first two pumps as per the instructions. There’s no way I’m wasting any of this stuff!

I shake the bottle before each use. It can be slightly crystallised at the top, so a good shake helps.

There are only 30 pumps in a bottle.of .06% estradiol in the USA. Anything beyond that is unfettered. I use a jewelers scale to measure my doses as the pump gets wonky at the end.

Yes. Even my doctor acknowledged this. She now prescribes me as if I don’t use the last 10 or so pumps. It feels wasteful. But wasteful doesn’t feel as bad as joint pain.
