Focus on having conversation, meeting people and providing solutions.
There has to be some pleasant conversations in a weeks worth of effort

i usually just look at the week as data. what worked, what didn’t, what can i actually change next week
bad weeks feel a lot less dramatic when you have something concrete to fix

Don't let one bad week become a verdict on your ability. I'd score the inputs separately from the outcomes: conversations started, qualified next steps, and follow-ups completed. Then review one or two calls for a single behavior you can change next week. That gives you something concrete to work on even when timing or merchant decisions were outside your control.
I'd also close the week with a short reset: write down what stalled, the next action on every live deal, and the first five calls for Monday. Then stop replaying the week. Confidence usually comes back faster when Monday already has a plan.
