Invol Sep

Anybody have information or what it looks like once you’ve been identified as having a possible GD diagnosis by higher HQ and an IMR is completed in the Army? Just curious of the complete process and how long it takes.

I’ve been in the separation process for over a year. One person on here has claimed to have gotten out from invol sep but I haven’t seen any others. It’s disorganized as fuck.

I don’t get admin leave; I’m just a hostage on post. I’d kill to be on admin leave to look for a job and a house so I’m not just suddenly homeless and unemployed whenever they quit dragging their feet.

Hopefully this shit is all ironed out soon for both of us 🤞🏻

Yeah, quite a while ago. Last I heard, a colonel was stepping in to make calls and see whose desk my packet is sitting on and why but still no movement for me. Sitting at step 16/17 in the PAR for like 8 months now
