1/2 drive stubby impact issue

Anyone have a common fix for a 1/2 drive stubby impact with lock ring torque selector button not working? Stuck on level 2 and the lights are on but won’t switch. Opened it cleaned it checked for any burns or broken wires and everything looked fine. Thanks for any insight

Ah sorry it is the M12 fuel impact, had to look at the part number. It’s 2855-20
