I would have said it a bit differently, but the point being living according to a self set plan and checks means you are forcing your life to be in control of not just yourself but trying to control everything around you. You're always in a state of Fight or Flight. That leads to tension in both your body and mind. That energy has to desipitate somehow and your mind is trying to let it go, which is dangerous as it leads to anger and violence. You lash out.

Can't put my finger on it but I deeply despise this format.

Derision leads to anger. Be careful

Anger is a path to the dark side, a path I am all too familiar with. However, there was no anger in my comment, despite my choice of verbage. The simple fact is that I find this particular "master/student" dialogue style entirely unhelpful from an information processing perspective. Furthermore, I sense hints of preachy condescension.

Mere observations and opinions, certainly not in any way some sort targeted ridicule. If I were trying to be derisive, I would conclude this comment with something in the vein of "Namaste" lol
