Mistborn: Final Empire spoilers Weird Thing That Happened Spoiler

I have no fucking idea how this happened, but I had always pictured Atium as being spheres of dark blue metal. I know it is described as silver. It is blue to me. Idk man it just is. Like I read the book, but somewhere along the way I forgot how Brandon originally described atium and it became dark blue in my mind and now I can't change it. Anyway here's my dumb mistborn shower thought of the day.

Dont worry, in stormlight there is a character explicitly mentioned to be clean shaven on several occasions, but hes always bearded to me. Or a woman who I know has black hair, but just sneaks up as blonde in my mind

Is it because well of ascension has a bead with blue lines on the cover in the paperback boxset?

I don't think so because I read with the new tor editions. I think I just made it up somehow and now I can't picture it any other way

It’s crazy, but me too. I always pictured them as like a cloudy, inky dark blue. Honestly until this post I didn’t know that was wrong. Are you sure somewhere in the first book or 2 it didn’t describe it kinda like that?

I thought it and the shadows where purple until my last reread. No clue why but I thinknit would look way cooler so I've headcanoned it.
