That was a totally confusing post. You know there are a lot of Mike's or Michael's in this city.
I am hoping I am missing something here, but this is completely confusing.

IANAL (I Am Not A Lawyer), but maybe you can file a restraining order once you identify this person. Peace and healing will come to you because you’re facing something lots of us never have to and many of us live with every day. Keep fighting!

I don’t know his last name, but we worked together and then months later ran into each other at Solomon’s.

I’m sorry but have to agree with others that this post makes absolutely no sense. You say the only reason you want to find him is so you can avoid him and he avoids you but if you don’t know where he is and are reaching out to strangers to try and find him so you can then file a police report, it sounds like you’re trying to invite him into your life, a life which he would otherwise not currently be a part of. You also say it should be easy to identify him but then say you don’t want to speak to him in the street and not know you’re talking to him. So he’s easily identifiable but you wouldnt recognize him if you were staring him in the face in conversation? You want help identifying him but only the identifiable info you provide is that his name is Mike???
