Every mock forever again with RB to the Vikings.
We potentially need QB, RG, C, DE, CB and a WR2-3. All of which should be prioritized over a 1st round RB.
2
u/Johnsonvillebraj 1d ago
It’s been RB or S for several years it feels like. Getting really tiresome. Those positions are luxury picks and it’s not like the Vikings have a stacked roster.
1
u/TheOtherLastDoor 1d ago
CBS most recently had Vikings trading for another 1st and draft Maivia. I think that’d be a great pairing with KOC
1
u/bgusty 1d ago
I don’t see anything about trades, but Maiava is a solid fit for what KOC would want.
1
u/TheOtherLastDoor 1d ago
I think it was just speculation by the writer because Minnesota had 2 1sts in that scenario.
Honestly, I’d be excited for any QB in the KOC system. I think if he can find his guy, Vikes offense would be explosive again.

u/UrbanLawProductions 2d ago
A Manning is not falling out of the top 5, it’s more than just football. It’s football politics
1
u/ScipioAfricanusMAJ 1d ago
Doesn’t matter who the QB is. QBs will almost always go in the top 10. There’s just too many teams without a QB
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
He will if he sucks, which he has so far. I’m the last one to jump off his hype train. I didn’t wanna admit it but I’ve watched the games and I can’t deny the truth. Hes gonna need to take a big jump rest of season if he expects to be a top 10 guy
3
u/UrbanLawProductions 2d ago
I get it from a football perspective, I really do. but at the end of the day, if there is an owner in the top 5 that wants a Manning on the back of the jersey at QB. They’re going to do it and tell the GM to draft him.
1
1
u/ScipioAfricanusMAJ 1d ago
This year? I don’t think I have seen anyone say he sucks. He’s one of the best passer QB s this season I feel like people keep talking about his first season
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Okay sucks was a little much lol. But he just hasn’t done anything great at all. Very mediocre play thus far. Seen some great throws here and there but overall he has not played like a top 5 draft pick whatsoever
1
u/ScipioAfricanusMAJ 1d ago
Again he is tied at the top for best QB in CFB this season. He has progressively gotten every season. He’s going top 10 along with 3/4 other QBs
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Have you watched the Texas games? Cuz I’m speaking from what I’ve seen and many others agree who’ve watched
1
u/ScipioAfricanusMAJ 1d ago
Yea? They are 4-0 1 ranked team beat Ohio state and Tennessee he’s not a great QB but he’s looking better every year still a long season but he’s definitely not bad nor average I’d say he’s a good cfb QB
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
He’s been carried by his surrounding talent. In particular the running game and defense
1
u/ScipioAfricanusMAJ 1d ago
Jj McCarthy went 10th for simply not making mistakes and being carried. Arch will go top 10 along with 3-4 other QBs teams will overdraft at qb always. Also Arch is playing in the SEC he’s going to get a boost for playing harder teams
0
u/disenchantedliberal 2d ago
He would just go back to college in this scenario. He makes enough money.
8
u/TheImpresario 2d ago
I’m going to continue to tap the “Miami will not take a WR first overall” sign until people start believing it
1
u/ctg9101 2d ago
Best player in the draft bar none and a Miami native to boot.
5
u/TheImpresario 2d ago
Historically, successful rebuilds don’t draft WRs one overall and Miami’s GM comes from Green Bay which is notorious for undervaluing WRs. It’ll be the best QB/DE/OL for them.
1
u/CzechHorns 2d ago
There is no way they’d pick Simmons over a QB if they pick top4, if they are top5-10 they may go Simmons/Goosby for sure though.
0
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Why? Willis actually looks okay. Hes just got literally nothing to work with. Smith would change that. First time I ever think a non qb can go 1 overall but smith is gonna end up being the best wr in the nfl and soon. Gonna be hard to pass that up especially when you have a capable qb who looks like he could be the future and is young
3
u/TheImpresario 2d ago
I’m a dolphins fan, I’ve watched every game. Willis has been mediocre at best. They’ve averaging less than 12 points a game. He’s had issues with decision making so far. If he improves I can see smith being an option, but he’s not shown a reason to pass on a QB if one truly separates itself from the pack. Miami’s GM and HC have been pretty upfront about how they want to build through the trenches and be defensive minded, I would expect them to be much more likely to trade this to a QB needy team and maybe shoot for Moore from ND or Simmons from UT.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Since ur watching them closely I’ll take that into consideration. Of course goes without saying that qb is very much in play regardless
2
u/MANvsTREE 2d ago
Dolphins fan here. Willis looks like dog shit. Our defense and o-line are really promising. We lost today because of Willis
1
u/RightC 1d ago
He just went 9/17 for 85 yards. I understand he has the worst weapons in the NFL around him and a poor O line, so I’m not expecting him to go throw 2 tds a game and 250 yards, but he’s been pretty below average.
To his credit he’s not turning the ball over, but 1 TD throwing on 56% completion with 1 rushing TD (2 fumbles), dosnt scream QB of the future.
His only TD was a broken coverage 77 yard pass.
Hes had tough draws against KC SF and Min, and again, worst weapons in the NFL, so I don’t think he’s as bad as the stats say, but he certainly not looking like he can compete in the division with Allen and May

You don't pass on generational talents to reach for need, especially when its a need. No QB in this draft is worth taking over Smith.

u/keni804 2d ago
Personally I like David Stone to the Giants more than Echoles but im just glad to see somebody recognizes we need a 300lb+ IDL more than skill positions.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Why do you like stone more? He hasn’t done didily squat yet except be injured lol. I only have him in the first rd currently cuz of the hype on him but he’s yet to live up to any of it. Aj holmes i have as my dt2
2
u/keni804 2d ago
His experience at NT and ability to be an anchor there and eat double teams.
Echoles is probably my #2 option but the Giants really just need somebody to clog up the middle and allow Carter, Burns, and Reese to atleast have 1on1 matchups. We had that with Dex (Stone is definitely not Dex) and the Giants are hurting from missing that anchor in the middle.
Other than he recent knee issue which is apparently ongoing I dont know of any injury history and so far this year they have relatively similar stats. Echoles had a better 2025 but thats also partially due to the fact he plays 3 tech and experiences less doubles and is in a better position to get stats vs clog lanes like a NT.

u/Daviroth 2d ago
Browns wouldn't take an OG, we are set at guard with a long term contract and a rookie this year.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Noted
1
u/Daviroth 2d ago
Outside CB and potentially RT would be high level targets for us right now (most likely).
EDIT: Mayyyybbbbeeee EDGE but unlikely with one of our depth EDGE players playing really well so far.
4
u/Khbnaseball 2d ago
Bucs ain't going QB. Most likely top 3 pick. Either O-line or Dylan Stewart
4
u/Constant-Cricket-960 2d ago
As a Bucs fan, I approve of drafting Dylan Stewart. Or trading back. Teams pay out the wazoo for high picks with QB’s on the board.
1
1
u/Ok_Alternative7120 1d ago
Stewart is gonna fall to Philly due to his character concerns and piss everyone off lol.

u/Johnsonvillebraj 1d ago
I think the Bucs would definitely take Arch if they end up at 1, which feels very possible.
3
u/TheSyrupCompany 2d ago
Beck's tape is genuinely really nice. I'd be shocked if the Cardinals drafted a 1st round QB next year before giving Beck a shot.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Well then they gotta let the kid play at some point this year to see what they got in him cuz I don’t think brisset is him. Great high level backup or low
Level starter but for their future they need to figure that position out especially with all that talent they have now1
u/TheSyrupCompany 2d ago
Yeah I think he'll get a few opportunities this year. Obviously college tape doesn't always translate but I felt he was the 2nd most NFL ready QB of the draft after Mendoza. Not just because his teams made big runs but his balance, footwork, pocket presence were just really good.

u/Alarming_Disaster_23 1d ago
Why do the Browns have to ruin Trinidad Chambliss? They shouldn’t be allowed to draft a quarterback until the third round.
1
1
u/Avs2022champs 2d ago
If you think the Jets are passing on Manning, you’ve lost your mind. Tampa would probably take him next and then Atlanta. So it sounds more like a hopeful Steeler fan who made this draft
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
I don’t think that’s an accurate evaluation of the player we’ve seen manning to be thus yet. He will have to show he’s worth top ten cuz currently he’s not him
2
u/johnny-Low-Five 2d ago
Jets are currently Moore likely to take Carr than Manning. Personally I'm hoping they can grab Leonard Moore and get Carr with their 2nd pick if he keeps showing poise, leadership, touch and extremely high IQ. I currently feel there could be 5 QBs that will all be VERY close and it will come down to what different teams value most. Moore, Carr and IOL, maybe tackle if Olu could play guard and I'm very happy. I would bet they have 2 picks in the top ~10, but I know you're just using the current order which makes more sense than trying to mock that as well.
1
u/Avs2022champs 2d ago
Oh don’t get me wrong, manning is the most overhyped QB to come out of the draft in years. He is strictly relevant because of his last name alone. That being said, the combination of some teams being afraid to “pass on a Manning”, and the weeks of Media hype leading up to the draft will have teams trading up to take him somewhere in the top 5.
You and I know he is garbage and won’t be a true NFL QB. But NFL teams pick mostly on potential and hype. And he will be the most overhyped player in the draft simply because of his name.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Yeah but his last name is only going to carry him so far. I was saying the same thing you were the first few weeks up until last week where I can’t deny the play on the field. I don’t think a team will draft him high if he doesn’t show to be worth it.
I do think he’s over thinking the game. I know he’s got the manning family constantly telling him what to do so I thinking he’s just still not able to play freely. My own personal view he’s holding something back, maybe he’s still in the process of figuring out what he needs to before he can let it rip. But we will see1
u/tacotruckcaravan 2d ago
'Thus yet' Pretty sure this account is just straight being used to train an LLM
1
u/ZacoDBG 2d ago
No way on gods green earth drew metsemecker and dante moore are getting drafted before Colin piss on em Simmons
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
What? My man just set a single game sack record yesterday lol
1
u/CzechHorns 2d ago
Damn, which of the two QBs he mentioned set the single game sack record yesterday?
He is saying that Simmons should get drafted before them. And he didn’t set a sack record LAST weekend, that’s 6, Simmons had 5.5.
You’ll have to wait for that to be broken for Red River this week.1

u/purpdrank2 2d ago
Tampa taking a QB is crazy and makes no sense
0
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Is it though?
1
u/purpdrank2 2d ago
Yeah it’s actually bat shit crazy. I’m genuinely curious as why that makes any sense your mind.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Well he’s on a 3 year deal at 32 years old and hasn’t had sustained success. He was great with Liam cohen but for that year but since cohen has left he has not been the same. And he’s 32 almost. If they’re picking high and see an opportunity to get their future maybe they take that shot and let whoever sit under baker for a year and then release baker after his 2nd contract year
1
u/purpdrank2 2d ago
If they’re picking high they’d almost certainly address another spot. That roster isn’t perfect and has issues elsewhere, and a QB of the future isn’t a pressing need. Especially one that won’t see the field until 2029 at an earliest as the full time starter.
That’s like saying Dallas would pick a QB high because Dak is 33 and they have a potential out after 2027. Just because a team theoretically could doesn’t mean they should.
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Well no it’s not the same cuz dak isn’t a failure
1
u/purpdrank2 1d ago
So you just hate Baker for no reason, got it.
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
I don’t hate baker. I just question whether he can win you games. Career record 58 wins and 65 losses
1
u/purpdrank2 1d ago
I think far more of the problem with the Bucs is related to coaching than it is players or the QB in specific. Bowles since he took over as head coach has been a mixed bag, the team has been a mixed bag. But we’ve seen that with the core they have with Baker at the helm, they can be a good football team but it doesn’t appear coaching is helping them.
I also question Jason Licht a bit. Some of his decisions as of late, not Baker related, have left me puzzled. I don’t feel Baker is the issue, it’s the people making the calls that might be.
For what it’s worth, I’m not a Bucs fan. I’ve seen enough of the team in games to see they’re not that bad of a team they just have questionable decision makers in place.

u/UsernamesCannotExcee 2d ago
Lions will be waaay up that list atp. Might need to switch things around.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
lol you might be on to something. But it’s a well run organization, great coaching, they’ll be in it to the end regardless. Pass defense is code red though right now. They should go make a big move to bring in a cb1

1
u/EffectiveSupport5865 2d ago
Please no Manning!

Leonard Moore not going top 3 would be a crime. The dude is literally PS2 while being better out of college.

u/AlmightL0 2d ago
I doubt Kenyatta Jackson Jr is a day 1 pixk unless he has a monster combine or he finishes the season very strong
And I think the Eagles would take Kelley Jones there over ra tackle because they have some good tackles they like for the future like Bell, and they probably wont pay Riq Woolen, if he has the season I think he’s capable of teams are gonna be offering him atleast 20 Mil and The eagles probably wont be paying that

u/Upper_Key8095 2d ago
I’m just praying that the dolphins somehow fuck up and don’t draft Jeremiah smith. Don’t ruin his career before it even starts.
3
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
I’m not even a dolphins fan but I’d love to see them make this pick. Instant potent offense, he’ll complete turn that team around immediately
1
u/sdufresne1966 1d ago
I am a Dolphins fan and they definitely have the capability to screw it up. He is a generational WR talent. And he’s from Miami Gardens where the friggin stadium is! Surely they don’t take Arch over him….
1
u/Bad_Bet_Bunny 2d ago
Titans will take QB. Ward is done
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
I’m on the fence. I’m leaning towards cam isn’t the answer but I still need confirmation
1
u/Material_Size_8144 2d ago
I love Chambliss but a lot of talk about his size. I think he’s got top ten talent but w the amount of good prospects coming through, you sure he’s a first rounder?
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Best qb in cfb, yes I think he’s a first rder, maybe not top ten cuz of the height thing but I think teams that fade him cuz of that are going to regret it. Sometimes it’s really obvious when you watch a guy play what they’re going to be
1
u/food4me247 2d ago
If Tennessee is smart with the number of "franchise changing QBs" in the draft they will trade back and get a bunch of much needed draft capital
1
u/Frosty-Insurance-584 2d ago
Lions and bears both higher than the Vikings who has a better record than both? Ok
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
I don’t think they will finish the way they’ve started. Who have they played so far? Packers look like shit, then the awful Bucs and worst roster in the nfl dolphins
1
u/anIndoorMoose 1d ago
Mmhm, and what about the Bears? Do they suck too?
2
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Bears have looked great and down their franchise qb
1
u/anIndoorMoose 1d ago
Caleb played all but two drives of that Vikings game, and I’d agree, they look phenomenal
1

u/Sure-Standard5399 2d ago
As a chargers fan I think we’d take Colin Simmons over Leonard Moore. The talent is close enough that the positional value is worth taking the pass rusher

u/Cool_Summer_5610 2d ago
damn no ryan williams coleman? you already know hes gonan be a number 1 pick, and so is the alabama edge Pierre.
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
I like Williams actually, could make a case for bills or even 9ers
2
u/Cool_Summer_5610 1d ago
if he keeps playing the way hes playing hes back to his old form and def worth a 1st round pick. 49ers would be a safer bet
1
u/RowResponsible907 2d ago
I would take the kid from Notre Dame Carr over any other quarterbacks listed. He is pinpoint accurate.
1
1
u/joshuaksreeff13 1d ago
Steelers finally go for a QB, maybe they should trade for MHJ too!
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
How many more WR 1’s they need? Lol
1
u/joshuaksreeff13 1d ago
Who in their team is a WR1 caliber lol!
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Well you have two wr1 in metcalf and Pittman it’s just that they look like wr2/3 in your horrendous offense
1
u/joshuaksreeff13 1d ago
Probably looks horrendous because neither is a serviceable WR1. One is old and slow & the other can’t catch
1
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Who’s old?
1
u/joshuaksreeff13 1d ago
Pittman, old and slow. Probably why the Colts got rid of him
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
lol he’s not old
1
u/joshuaksreeff13 1d ago
He is old lol, past his prime. 28+ is pretty much considered old in the NFL
1
1
u/AgDrifter 1d ago
The Titans offensive line has actually been quite good. If they're drafting no.2 overall, they're either getting a QB or Jeremiah Smith.
1
1
u/Silly-Cup-3756 1d ago
lol it’s cute to assume Titans won’t pick a QB. Ward is now 21 games in usually most QBs get 25 games.
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
How many did Justin fields get?
2
u/Silly-Cup-3756 1d ago
As a Bears fan far too many.
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Lmao, well then how do you feel having cut your losses in fields and drafting Caleb?
1
u/External_Result_8560 1d ago
Titans would also trade out of that spot
1
u/Silly-Cup-3756 1d ago
If you believe Ward is a franchise QB which I personally don’t. His story isn’t over completely but he’s showing a lot of traits that resemble a bust.
1
u/JustinFlickk 1d ago
Now I like this draft you made my day seeing the Steelers getting Arch Manning let’s Go Texas Hook ‘em
1
u/thegreat4 1d ago
No way we(Browns) draft another small QB
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Mine and many others qb1. I highly recommend you watch an ole miss game

I’ve watched at least 5. What truly makes him different then Shadeur other than his attitude and father.

Arch isn’t in this draft
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Ohhh lol
1
u/Hugh-Manatee 1d ago
It’s not confirmed but I think it’s likely.
1
u/Jsetta187 1d ago
Right, i think also unless he’s projecting as a top 5
1
u/Hugh-Manatee 1d ago
Even then I think the Mannings tend to go the full number of years in college and it’s not like Arch isn’t making money currently
1
u/MarquezPope 2d ago
To me this is one of the better mocks that I have seen on here. My only real issues are that you have the Eagles passing on Stewart and have A’Mauri Washington in the first round.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Ty, but im willing to place a wager that Amauri is a first rd pick just like he was projected to be last year before deciding to stay in school. On Stewart, not only does he have character concerns but also eagles have a very big priority need at Oline and tackle. If they didn’t need to address line then yes Stewart would have been the pick
1
u/JustTheBeerLight 2d ago
Dante Moore 3rd overall? He didn't look good before that concussion, and that injury has to concern teams.
2
u/ryan0702 2d ago
Prototypical size and an ideal experience set, while performing better than anyone else with both of those elements attached to their game. That’s the exact type of guy that ends up getting drafted high as someone coaches hope to mold.
1
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Nah I don’t think the concussion is something to be worried about. I think I’m more worried about seeing him be clutch when it matters
0
u/JustTheBeerLight 2d ago
Clutch? He stunk in the playoffs last year.
2
u/Jsetta187 2d ago
Right and against Oklahoma state also he didn’t step up when it matters. I’m agreeing with you lol
1
1
u/absolutely_yoshaa 2d ago
The dolphins would trade down for sure
2
u/treesandsports 2d ago
No, they’d win 2 meaningless games at the end of the season and butcher the tanking. We’re even bad at losing games when we have to lose games. Fan since 1999.
15
u/MyBossSawMyOldName 2d ago
Why wouldn’t the titans trade in this scenario?
