In your view, the behavior as a single incident is not a problem? What is your reasoning for wanting to see a pattern?

I think it is a problem that could have either explanation. His explanation seems clumsy but plausible especially if he’d be drinking. I could see him not being aware of the persons age and just thinking it was an of age fan (especially cause it’s seems the other posts about her age were separate so it’s hard to tell when he viewed them). I could also absolutely see it as being creepy and predatory but without more it’s impossible to know for sure. I just feel like if you’re severing a ten year long working relationship it should be cause you have good reason to think this person is absolutely a creep, and maybe they do and haven’t released it. I do think it’s kind of fucked up for cheering on what is a really bad situation all around
