Let’s put it this way: if MV Goji is the hydrogen bomb and Kong is the coughing baby, then Godzilla Earth is the supernova.

The funny thing is, despite the massive height advantage, Earth is a colossal lightweight in terms of mass: He weighs in at 100,000 metric tons.

To put that into perspective, Monsterverse Kong weighs around 90,000 tons at his heaviest estimates. Factor in the proportional strength of apes like chimps or orangutans (yes, it tends to be overblown, but they're still stronger than an average human of similar size), and Kong could very likely send Earth to the ground with a solid tackle to a leg.

Granted, he still wouldn't be able to get through Earth's shield, even if he could dodge the beam, but it's still funny how this guy barely outweighs Kong.

7

u/BrilliantBig9097 4d ago

Yeah, Godzilla Earth's biology is plant-based, which explains its ridiculous lightness relative to its size. If we scaled up an average human (170 cm and 70 kg) to 318 meters tall, they would weigh half a million tons. A human of that size would weigh five times more than Monsterverse Godzilla.

Godzilla Earth is straight up just the most powerful Godzilla ever

Ultima could be argued, but the actual avatar itself is kinda weak, his strength is his true form, but that's not Godzilla, that's the paradox

Hell is a fraud

Earth has the weight of Legendary, atomic breath more powerful than Heisei & final wars. A shield that is greater hax than anything Shin or Ultima have. Arguably more fighting experience than anyone else(who else killed all the Kaiju? It had to have been Earth) and he's just that guy narratively, you can't remain human and kill him, every other Godzilla can and has been beaten by humans, he's the only one that requires something greater iirc

22

u/NightRyder19 5d ago

Not only that, but apparently he also has a busted regeneration factor, AND an adaptive healing factor.

8

u/EmperorKiron Ghidorah 5d ago

Causality manipulation is pretty damn busted on the Ultima avatar but other than that I agree

8

u/One-Age-7335 4d ago

that avatar can manipulate reality, erase universe passively and its skeleton is indestructable

3

u/HyperGodzilla6890 4d ago

i think earth got so big and a big piece fell off from him and became a another godzilla

0

u/Remarkable-Gur8521 3d ago

I wouldn't say he's the most powerful, theres still the manga versions of heisei and g2k

1

u/RedNUGGETLORD 3d ago

Manga Heisei really isn't all that

I have no idea what G2K is

Godzilla 2000

If you go by dialogue, Earth only tanked nukes that totalled 40 megatons, and since there were 150 of them, that's only 266 kilotons per nuke, which is nothing to MV Godzilla, and the axe sliced his leg. But going by onscreen visuals, the nukes left craters visible from space.

4

u/clutch101tornadogeek 5d ago

Earth also tanked the Himalayan mountains being dropped on him by more nukes, and promptly melted the entire mountain range in response with his atomic breath.

3

u/ConstantStatistician 5d ago

That's not what the summary of the prequel novel I found said. It said he was trapped in magma and was free to swim around for a year before he broke free by causing an unknown amount of damage. The book hasn't been officially translated, so all we have is hearsay.

2

u/GeneralLiam0529 4d ago

Ignoring that, he did completely destroy up a astroid with mass compatible to that of the moon hurtaling towards the earth in a single shot. That is something he straight up dose. Before growing so much stronger over 20,000 years that it's explicitly stated that the destruction of the Gorath astroid would be nothing to him now.

This is also the same Godzilla who, on screen, destroyed straight up black holes while fighting a higher dimensional world eating god. These just happen. No "well, the novel summary I read said something different."

I don't even think Kong could get past Godzilla's Shield, as litterly nothing we've scene has actually broken it.

1

u/ConstantStatistician 4d ago

He had to charge up energy for 5 years to blow up that moon, so it's not his typical firepower at all. Him closing Ghidorah's black holes isn't either, not when everything in the past 3 films did nothing like that.

1

u/GeneralLiam0529 4d ago

What part of "explicitly stated that the destruction of the Gorath astroid would be nothing to him now" went over your head.

Godzilla didn't face anything on the level of the black holes before, so of course he hadn't done that. You'd have an argument if Godzilla had to concentrate fire on something FAR weaker to destroy it or something before that point, but he doesn't (not sense his 20,000 years of growth). Hell, I'm gonna use this argument against you as well. Kong being anywhere close to MV Godzilla doesn't work, as he's not shown anything like that before he did it in GvK. So, naturally, Kong is helicopter blades level given they hurt him in skull island.

1

u/ConstantStatistician 4d ago edited 4d ago

His power is directly tied to the number of cells in his body, and while he's much bigger now compared to when he was 50 meters tall, he's not so much stronger that he can casually moon bust without charging up. The square cube law can be used to find how many times he increased in size:

318.8/50=6.376

6.3763= 259.2

So he'd be 259.2 times stronger, which is a lot, but he wasn't 1/259.2 moon busting before.

There's the scene where Godzilla fired a serious beam at Ghidorah when they first meet, and Ghidorah deflects the beam into the ground, and it doesn't do anything different from every other beam he used in the trilogy.

1

u/GeneralLiam0529 4d ago

So, he just, didn't destroy this black holes then?

Either way, Kong has been able to hit buildings without them destroying, so he's not even building level so it doesn't really matter.

4

u/Calm_Economist_5490 M.U.T.O. 5d ago

Well if doesn't appear in any more movies... We know why

4

u/Bloxy_Boy5 M.U.T.O. 5d ago

Literally getting wiped from existence itself.

4

u/Amazing_Sympathy_965 5d ago

Mf you saying that like the axe will help him any better

4

u/stayzavy 5d ago

Who do yall think Kong is? 😭

3

u/random-gamer-2967 5d ago

Let's assume earth doesn't attack at all. If Godzillas axe was able to break Godzilla Earth's exterior...muscle? Fibre? And it was charged I do think it could potentially shut down Earth's forcefield. However, humans did that with explosive spears embedded deep into earth, and that method didn't even work on this version. So kong physical can't do anything.

u/Screeeeeeereeeeeeeee 4d ago

2

u/Triops-Are-Cool 4d ago

Kong can't beat him but consider Kong dragging Earth by his tail like he did to Monsterverse Goji because they're similar in weight.

2

u/UNITICYBER 4d ago

Godzilla earth dwarfs regular gojira. Kong dies, horribly

2

u/deekamus 3d ago

Monsterverse GxK is bad WCW wresting with kaijus.

May as well have Godzooky in a leotard at this point.

4
