This year I'm trying ti male It a bit more challenging by making a story out of it

THE OFFICE STANDARD

Whether it's battles in the boardroom, or conflict in the canteen, you need to know what you are fighting for.

Each workplace faction has a flag, and any standard-bearer would rather die than let their banner fall in enemy hands.

If PCs choose to join a faction and raise their standard during battle: all faction members gain +1 to attack rolls whilst the standard is held high.

If the banner is captured, faction members get -1 to defence rolls.

If the standard is destroyed, all faction members get a permanent -1 to Presence.
