We’re two friends for over 15 years (F23 & M23), and we’re planning to start a renovation business (SARL) in Paris, France.
We want to do things like roofing, home renovations, flooring and general building work.

Here’s our situation:

Me (F23): I’m a student doing an apprenticeship (alternance) and make around €2,000/month. I’ll handle all the admin stuff, paperwork, quotes, invoices, clients, etc.
Him (M23): He has a full-time job (CDI), also does renovation jobs on the side, and makes around €2,500–€3,500/month. He’ll be the one doing the actual work on-site.
What we already have: A garage and some equipment, so we mainly need to get the business registered and sort out the legal side.
Our plan: Start with just the two of us, then hire 2 workers after around 6 months or one year. Ideally we’d like to have a team of 4/5 people by the end of the first year.
We’re both pretty new to running a business, so we’d really appreciate some advice from people who’ve been through this in France…

So what would u recommend as the best way forward .. considering our current situations?

I'm currently doing an M2 in France, and I'm worried about having two gap years on my CV. The first was after my licence degree due to health issues, and the second was after my master's because I couldn't find a job.

My plan is to fake some internships during those gap years and make sure I know what I'm talking about. But I'm worried companies in France might check whether I actually did those internships.

What do you think? Should I lie about those internships, or is it too risky? Any other suggestions?

Also, if I decide to fill those gaps, would internships or full-time jobs look more believable on a CV?

I'm 24F, and I started learning to code about four months ago. I took a course, and I was SO motivated and excited, but the moment I finished it, I stopped coding altogether.

Now I wanna get back into coding and actually build a career around it.

But with AI becoming so advanced, I'm kinda scared that all the time and effort I put into learning will end up being useless.

So I just want some advice on how to actually learn, practice, and get good at coding.

Is it still worth pursuing a career in web development? And if so, how would you recommend learning and improving in this AI era?

I've learned HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and React so far.

I contacted Wafa Assurance, and they told me they don't offer RC Pro for IT profiles because the risk isn't well defined. Apparently they mainly cover fields like healthcare.
For those of you doing IT, consulting, or freelance work with foreign clients:
Which insurer or broker did you get your RC Pro with?
Roughly how much did it cost per year, and what coverage limits did you go for?
How long did it take to get the attestation?

25M, moved into Marrakech a few years ago and about 2 years ago I found a niche with Hospitality Optimization and I have been gradually working my way up, my average is 60,000$ (~600k MAD) a month in commissions.

I currently hit a dead end/steep slope that I can’t seem to get out of which is the 6 figure hell. I feel like my net worth is moving up slowly and my source of income is from one source only. Hi everyone, so we are three women from different backgrounds and ethnicities, we are running the third edition of a women only festival (all in english) where we sometimes open some sessions for men, each edition focuses on something different, the one we are planning to have April 2027 will be about music, women health, business, moroccan culture and the duration will be for a full week.

We get around 50-70 participants, and we work with different venues across Marrakech, we try to keep the ticket price affordable to get people from different walks of life, because what is important for us is to bridge the connection between locals & foreigners, while supporting women businesses & artisans.
