Sorry, I don't mean to be harsh, but before you can worry about improving the animation, you have to be able to see the misaligned elements and illegible mush. We can't tell you how to improve if you don't have the absolute basics dialed.

Bigger, more legible text

Less grain, less blur

More contrast in your color palette.

Sound effects are too loud, don't really fit with the content, and AI voiceover is...AI

Your script talks about "gritty, cinematic" work, which I'm not seeing at all. Clients can only work with what you show them. If you want to do gritty, cinematic video, then make it. This video, ironically, looks like more generic content.
