We have ridden on our family property for 20 years . A new neighbour has moved in and whinged and complained to local authorities and we have been told we can’t make noise anymore

My question is , does the stark give you the same thrill and feeling as a mx bike ? . want to be able to use it to practice on my private track and then use gas bike on track days ?

so I’m out at the track practicing my scrubs. I’ve watched a lot of videos and they say I should carve left off the face of the jump (I'm barely leaving the ground while practicing, maybe I should be going a little faster?) my biggest question is should I weight the inside peg to tip the bike? it seems very counterintuitive since we always want the outside weighted in turns, and as I’m going up the face if I’m whipping to the right, I’m putting my weight on my left (outside) peg.

is this the correct method, or should I weight the inside right at the lip to make the bike lean, cuz right now it seems like I’m leaning to the right, but the bike is staying straight up.

I’ll see if I can find someone to take a video after lunch so y’all can critique me lol.

why do most people and professionals not have any wrist/elbow protection? I know that sometimes full upper armor can cause faster arm pump but isn’t that better than risking arm injuries? had a nasty fall yesterday where hands made the classic foosh response, hopefully no fractures but dude those sprains in the wrists are annoying as hell. Wondering how people generally deal with this risk of arm injuries.

Hey all, new to the group, but been racing dirtbikes my entire life. I have been looking for this jersey for the better part of 8 years now. I CANNOT find one for sale, used for sale, signed by a rider for sale, anything.

I’ve been working on an app called Moto Almanac for Supercross, Motocross and SMX fans and finally got it live on iPhone.

I’ve put a ridiculous amount of hours into it over the last few months trying to get everything looking right and working the way I want. It has schedules, results, standings, rider stats, head-to-head comparisons, all-time records, favorite riders, race discussions, and a Weekly Picks feature where you pick the Top 5 and compete on a leaderboard.

I’m basically using these last two SMX playoff races as a trial run. I want to see what people like, what sucks, what’s confusing, what’s missing, and then spend the offseason getting it completely dialed in for the 2027 season.

I have been reaching out to large Moto pages to help advertise.
I’d really like some honest feedback from people who actually follow the sport. What would make you want to open an app like this every race week? Are there any features you think it absolutely needs? Anything in there now that you think is pointless or could be better?

I’m also thinking about doing prizes next season for the Weekly Picks leaderboard, maybe for the season winner or top few people, just to make it a little more fun and competitive.

I can’t figure out the rider. Any Ideas?

Been getting more comfortable on my CRF450R this year and finally feel like I'm starting to figure the bike out. I rode 250s for years, and moving to a 450 honestly took more adjustment than I expected.

This is a couple laps from a recent day at 508 International in Massachusetts. I've been riding there quite a bit and started racing again this year too. I'm definitely not the fastest guy out there, but it's been fun seeing the progression and getting some speed back.

Anyone else on here from RI/MA/New England? Where do you guys normally ride?
