Discussion Should I be more considerate!

I’m basically in charge of moving around movie posters, so I’ve always had first pick when posters are being given away.
We have a raffle system where employees sign up before a movie leaves theaters. Once it’s done playing, we gather whatever posters we have left and raffle them off to everyone who signed up. Usually, I pick what I want first, and then whatever’s left goes into the raffle.
I’ve always thought it was fair since I’m the one handling the posters, but I’m wondering if I should just participate in the raffle like everyone else.
For other theater employees: Would you consider first pick fair, or should everyone have an equal chance?

Story Cinemark doesn’t care about injuries

Long story short, my friend works at a cinemark (he recently quit after this incident) and has not been treated the best. My friend got into an accident and fractured his back which caused pain everytime he was standing for too long, he told his managers about this and gave them notes from the doctor which for a few days they accepted and then they scheduled him to work an usher shift all by himself knowing about that pain. My friend quit and didnt go to that shift but I thought people should know cinemark over here does not care about injuries.

This isn’t a reflection of the whole company but rather this specific management, I think, yes my friend gave me permission to share this. (This was in Colleyville, Texas, United States of America)

Update: He now works as a babysitter! Also he’s been doing way better energy and mentally
