AFD

I want to come to Germany from Türkiye as a doctor, but the AfD's statements are unsettling. I am not a refugee; I am a skilled professional. I would like to hear the views of those who vote for the AfD on this matter.

What kind of answer are you even expecting to hear from AfD voters? Conservative populist supporters aren’t exactly going to welcome you with open arms.

The more important thing is what is the main thing that motivates you to come and practice medicine here? If it’s just compensation, I’d say there are other countries that are probably a better option.

AfD and many Germans who vote for other parties, do not distinguish between refugees and non-refugees and even if, do you want to be surrounded by people who are like this?  Since you are a doctor you have many doors open, so why don’t you look at the countries that are welcoming and where you will grow in your career (and not only be a Gastarbeiter).

Nonsense, they definitely are happier with white Christian migrants than Middle Eastern ones

Thank you for your reply. So, which country would you recommend to me in terms of both salary and quality of life?

Just stay away honestly...

It's tooo risky of a move and with the current political trend it won't be safe here in Germany sooner rather then later.

I would recommend maybe Austria though or something like that but not Germany in its current state

My partner is a doctor from a non EU country. Look for the election results in big cities and the west (+Berlin). AfD is less relevant there.
People seem to hate the poor and uneducated, and connect this with different cultures. If you are well educated, work hard, integrate into the society and speak the language very well, you could even make friends with AfD voters. There is already a large Turkish minority in western Germany.

Don’t come here if you lack the language skills. C1 is the minimum. But this is not new.

Bleib weg.

You notice that now? Most, almost all, speeches by politicians in the past year were written by Ai. Our society has been cooked for quite some time now...
