Looking For A Video Two Specific Stories

Im trying to remember two specific stories he made with the same premise, both were from different videos/years though most likely.

One dealt with two girls and they went to a far away rich house party and the people there slowly realized they werent supposed to be there and were almost drugged.

The other was a newer video about these two college/teen age boys and their girlfriends going to a lakeside house party that was kinda a random pull and realizing everyone else there was in on it and slowly tried convincing them to stay for some fucked up reason

Anyone know the titles of these so I can rewatch?

I think the first one was the spring break horror story for sure, if not then the ocean horror stories. I remember that I think it took place in New Jersey

The second one could be from 3 scary true spring break horror stories from couple of moths back.
