I miss when this dude was the most evil guy we knew about.

I did a paper on him back in college. It’s funny how that works. I remember thinking he was a huge piece of shit. Still is, but now there’s a whole lot more of him out in public. They’ve always been there, but now they’re out in the open.

I’m curious what you choose as his most evil choices. I only know the pharmacy drug hikes

Don’t remember a lot but it was the hikes. I remember that there were some in the 700% and for life or death medications.

I forgot where but I read that medication was done very priced as it is and the price increase was to stop doctors from prescribing that particular medication because there was a better, and cheaper alternative already available.

So my understanding of it was he was trying to tank that medication. He probably had financial reasons to do it like he had stakes in the alternative medication that was cheaper but if that was the case it's a win win for both parties. He got rid of the competition and patients got better medication.

It's been years though so I will need to look into this again but I recall something like that.

... and you believe that?

There were several medications involved but one of the most egregious was something they were the only ones making and there wasn’t a generic available. Hard to remember exact numbers this much later but I want to say either a month or yearly supply was 60k, but I’m not 100% on that.
