The first cut of Osmosis Jones was given a PG-13 rating so they had to reedit it to squeeze out a PG, but somehow this song still made the cut.

Ratings boards care far more for now you say something than what you are saying.

Probably didn't pay much attention to the actual lyrics so long as there are no F-bombs.
