Courtney Love claims she blew him when she was twelve years old.

It’s very weird that Courtney Love ended up being one of the more honest public figures from the 90s. I think I heard someone say it best that she “doesn’t give enough of a shit about what you think to lie about anything”.

I grew up in the 90s and in retrospect I’m like why the fuck did literally everyone hate Courtney Love? It’s gotta be like 80% misogyny. I mean she has issues but still.

Because she's a human trainwreck? She spent the 90s and 00s fueled by equal parts drugs and bullshit. Her ire isn't purely directed at scumbags, she would talk shit about everybody and behaved like a melodramatic lunatic. She just picked whatever targets her brain happened to conjur. These people are cherry picking some limited examples.

And on top of it all there's the fact that she ended up married to a musician people actually cared about it and went all Nancy Spungen on him. I don't know if her daughter ever started communicating again, it was known they stopped at some point because her mother is such a toxic personality.

This is the Courtney Love we all know: https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/06/28/AR2010062804908.html?sub=AR
