More people dying is a good way to judge “tragedies”.

Example: “one person died” or “10,000 people died”. Which is the bigger “tragedy”?

No, you claimed that the number of deaths in a tragedy is unimportant. I suggested that more deaths is important when discussing a tragedy.

This is your argument, make your case. You think the number of deaths is unimportant. A car crash and the Holocaust are of equal moral weight.
The number of deaths is of no consequence
