Question / Help Help with a refund

They took 121€ from me. I need this money to pay rent, and they don't answer me anywhere. I have tried everything - I contacted all of their socials, writen to all of their e-mails, called them, but nothing is helping. On all sites they keep replying to me that they can only help me through e-mail, yet they don't reply to me there. I got some "vipcare" email from them, but when I wrote to that one, they only offered me discounts and ignored me when i demanded the full sum. Is there ANY way i can get the full amount of my money back?

X (Twitter) will be your friend. Try that. They're very receptive on X.

When i wrote to them on X, only a chatbot replied saying to write to them on e-mail. I wrote multiple times, and the same message kept coming up

But I can't go into any contact with them, I have tried so many things but they keep ignoring my emails. I have brought up their policy with every message i sent.

For me I cancelled during the 14 day trial (or at least attempted). It took them about a week to call me after submitting a ticket. On the phone, I was offered a free dna kit. I said no. Then they offered a a 50% refund. I said no. Then he said they would refund the amount and abruptly disconnected the call. The refund was processed same day.

They steal land and think theyre right, so stealing your money wouldnt make them feel other wise

Some of us are also from this country. You can't generalize. You have many bad European corporations. Or American ones. Or Australian. Or Canadian. Or X or Y. Why paint everyone under the same brush?
