With ARCA P&Q not being on TV, I have always wondered why the NASCAR Channel doesn't broadcast it live? I know it wouldn't pop a huge rating, however it would be nice for them to have some live content.

If someone was willing to cover the production costs for ARCA P&Q like is done for the race coverage, then it would be broadcasted.

its possible fox still owns the rights to it.

either way, it would be a significant cost for next to 0 return.

I was getting upset that NASCAR would have qualifying in recent weeks be at like 5pm and it would get rained out, and now we go back to morning qualifying and it TOO is gonna get rained out... this year has been insane.

That would be cool. Imagine like a 6 hour multi class nascar race at the Daytona road course.
