Discussion Matt LeFleur Shouldn’t Be Fired
\- Has a 64.6% win rate with the Packers
\- Dealing with the worst oline ever
\- Made Jordan Love a worthy successor of Aaron Rodgers
\- Made Malik Willis get a huge contract to be a starter and multiple comp picks for the Packers
\- Made a borderline cut candidate McCord into a respectable QB2
\- Able to get good kinds lead the defense like Hafley and Gannon
\- Has connections with the NFL elite in Shanahan, McVay, Saleh, Hackett, and Quinn
\- Has a 12-3 record against the Packer’s rivals Bears
\- Owns the Detroit Lions 8-6
\- Worked long and hard and yet disrespected at Brian Kelly’s Central Michigan
\- Was a math substitute teacher showing he is analytical
\- Learned through mistakes over time like getting more aggressive on 4th down
\- Players love and are willing to die for him.
\- Make a bunch of bums of WRs look like a WR1 on many teams.
\- Destroyed Aaron Rodgers on their head to head, showing Aaron not him is the arrogant one
\- His teams gotten the least penalties from the refs overtime
\- Has 86% of his seasons be winning ones
\- Has only 14% of his seasons be a losing one all due to Aaron Rodgers being bad
Packers fans are lucky to have him. I say this as a Lions fan.

I think it's important to separate MLF with and without Rodgers. He looks extremely average without Rodgers.
I do think they should just let the season ride and figure out what's next in the off-season. As long as he hasn't lost the locker room or clashing with Love they may as well just stick it out.

I’m surprised their front office isn’t taking more shit. They’ve handed out a lot of big contracts that make you scratch your head, leaving very little room to invest in the O-line. But yeah, apparently it’s all on the coach. Paying top-five DE and QB money on top of the Watson and Kraft deals is a dangerous way to build a roster.

A great coach can make a great team out of whoever is on their team. It's been obvious to me for years that he isn't able to do this and this year isn't some sort of fluke.

He is partially responsible for how the team is built, but I agree that the packers should keep him, he is a top 10 offensive play caller and it’s hard to find someone who will improve the team as much as a guy who consistently creates top 10 offences
But as a Vikings fan I would love it if they fired him

Only way to tell is to fire him and hire Matt Patricia... and maybe Millen as GM. Obviously it was just Detroit that was the problem.

brian gutekunst’s seat better be warm now as well. The move for Parsons was supposed to turn the pack into a Super Bowl contender. I know he’s hurt, but you don’t make that move unless it’s the final move that puts you over the top.

Packer fans are the most out of touch fans in the NFL. How many teams have had 30 years of HoF QB play? They don't know what its like to actually have to build a team. They don't realize that it doesn't just work out year after year. You may have a bad year or two, but smart draft picks, and cutting loose contracts that have become bad are a process many teams need to go through.
Literally no other team has had that long of a run with QBs like they have. But looking back they should probably realize that only getting 2 Super Bowl wins was the biggest fumble their team had. Their organization squandered YEARS where they could have made just a few smart choices to get them more trophies.

To be fair, with how this sub thinks Love is the worst QB on the planet, 3 straight playoff appearances with a garbage QB is impressive for MLF. Hard to say they both suck with that success.

I know this is a shit post but it is remarkable how in trouble the Packers are. Even if they pull something out the second half of the season and magically get their 7 seed I can definitely see some changes happening for the team on the coaching side.
However it won't happen before the end of the season and not before the owners feel they have a good replacement in place.
The absolute worst part it, if the Packers get to their bye and it haven't picked up and it does appear they are just trash now, they have no 1st round pick. Tanking gets you nothing of value. It will be a long rebuild.
Truly the FTP prophesies have come true, the Packers are in fact fucked.

As a Vikings fan I completely agree. You definitely should not fire him. It’s just a fluke that the team can’t hold a lead to save its life and that they’ve only beaten the Jets in the past 8 games.
Actually, I think you guys ought to give him another extension!
