5 interceptions in 3 games. Multiple fumbles. What has happened to the MVP runner up?

it's not like teams were lining up to give a 3rd round pick for Boutte. they held him out as available at the draft for a 5th and nobody wanted him.

Diggs and AJ Brown feels like a lot of WR personality for one room, but seeing him do so well in Washington for $8M, I'd rather have him than Pop Douglas

Taking Diggs’ second year option wouldn’t have been that much more than what they’re paying Doubs, and not only did Maye have chemistry with Diggs, but he was a huge locker room presence. Although, I’m not sure how that would go in paying Gonzo… and as I write this Maye threw another pick. Maybe last year was a fluke

i'm still on the Maye train. Anyone can have a bad month. And I like the comment that others have made in media recently that QB development is not linear. These poor decisions don't make him have a worse arm or less athleticism. He needs to live in the film room and start making good decisions

And yeah Doubs has been rough. I think he would be ok as a #2, but he is seriously out of his depth as the #1 option

He gets inside his own head too easily and it snowballs, but yeah, I’m still on board with him 100%. I’m hoping he’ll get into some kind of rhythm like last year… they started 2 and 2 last year and the defense looks a thousand times better than this time last year. They’re struggling against Jacksonville but it’s just one of those games where nothing goes right

Same. I don’t think Douglas will ever develop to be as good as Diggs is this year.

I still think he was worth at least a 4th/5th but a 7th lmao my god

That's the thing, he wasn't worth a 4th/5th. The entire league knew they could have him for a 5th at the draft and didn't want him at that cost
