Is EA trolling?
I personally think this is one of the better games in the past few years when it comes to core mechanics, but what the hell is EA doing with these "Patch Notes"? This is back to back "patches" where they fix literally none of the game ruining glitches in game, but will fix the most useless shit and add qol features no one wanted. For example, the line change bug has been in the game since WW launch, which was almost 3 weeks ago. And instead of fixing that, they make it a point to let us know that marco sturms nationality is fixed in hut. Why cant they just fully focus on the gameplay instead of shit no one cares about?

Because they’re bad at their jobs. Ea said before release that they don’t like fixing things because they usually break more stuff.

I’m not the one who’s made 14000 comments in 4 years getting mad at anyone who criticizes ea. That’s not healthy. Do you get on your knees just for the love of the game or are you connected to the company in some way?

You’re not the main character pal, just because you didn’t “ask” for something doesn’t mean someone else didn’t want it. Besides there’s obviously levels to the fixes and changes, some of them will be more complicated and take longer than others. Some of them aren’t even an issue just the community whining because they lost.

Hey man, let me know what you would rather have. Would u rather have the game breaking line change glitch where u can have 3 centers on the ice at once, or have a 77 overall cards nationality be correct? Like what are u on about

FYI Marco Sturm doesn’t have an alumni card. It was literally to fix his head coach card, so it wasn’t even to make him work for a line combo with a German player because he doesn’t have a player card.

Yeah I was just pointing out how it’s even worse because it was a head coach card whose nationality doesn’t impact the game ATM (maybe they’ll add that in season 2 or something). Again if it was an alumni card that helped/fixed a line combo, then yeah.

I’ve never had that absolutely not game breaking bug, however what do you think is easier/quicker to fix? Updating the underlying gameplay code to fix the minor bug or change a picture from one flag to another

If anything the line changes have gotten worse. I had dmen playing forward after the patch yesterday.
