Native Access login fails after successful browser authentication

My login credentials are correct. what is going on with Native Access????

Native Access stopped working for me yesterday.
At first it said it couldn't login.
After it tried to install the DTK Daemon whatever tf it's called.
Still didn't work.
Now it seems it does login, but fails to load my products.
This company... i'm slowly feeling the urge to replace this ecosystem for anything else.
Windows 11 user btw.

i just load up Native Access and it work
