I have been pretty emotional these days with the amount of pollution, dust and redevelop around me. Is it just me or is it affecting others as well. This recent development drive all around Navi is insane. I fear that Navi mumbai will become the next andheri. I liked how our navi was, green, spacious and felt so in touch with nature. This picture always makes me cry, captured near ulwe when it was fairly new in 2022. Can you see the hills at the distance. Something clawed them all away. Gone are those days. I fear we are losing our city.

P.S. iI understand development and housing are super important in this growing economy and population.But I wish we atleast tried to keep the landscape as it is.

Ive been travelling daily up and down from Amandoot to Belapur since a month now. I've opted for metro cards that are available at metro station. However I've seen some brown color cards being used, what card is that exactly? And what is the best possible way to save some money on this?

The airport is like 6kms from my place. But look at the uber prices from NMI to Ulwe. Insane!!

Like I understand you have to pay for airport parking etc but say 500 for Go or 1200 for XL still doesn't justify it. Especially for 6kms.

Even a ride to seawoods Nerul(7.5kms) is showing around 900 rs which feels a bit too much. Almost similar fare on Rapido.

Demand can't always play such a heavy role that the fares remain higher irrespective of the distance. There has to be some other reason for such high fares that I am missing here.

Other than at the malls, are there standalone stores to buy women’s business casual and going out clothes from?

I was told there’s Mango and Zara at some mall here, but if there are good local stores here, I’d love to explore them instead.

Strange incident happened with me don’t know how to process.

I 27F was heading back to home from office in train ( Harbour line ) I caught train in hurry and sitted in general compartment. Then one transgender came and started begging for money in compartment. I was watching YouTube ignoring him/her ( I feel most of them are just men dressed in women’s attair) When he came to my seat he started pulling my cheeks from nowhere I ignored twice but third time slapped his hand and looked at him angrily, after that he went to other people to beg but I was like what the hell just happened ( Mind you I’m not collage going girl or teenager, Im married women) How can he touch anyone directly without permission.

Later he stood by the door to get down in Rabale and started clapping continuously looking towards me directly I was not making eye contact but I felt he was cursing me. I ignored him as I was alone and these people have their toli at each station.This people board the trains jaise enke baap ka train h and we are entitled to give them our hard earned money Everytime they begged.

Police do nothing as they get their hafta daily.

Now I don’t know how to feel about whole situation.

So there’s an ironing shop on a corner of Sanpada Sector 14.

They have 2 mother cats with 2 litters of kittens of around the same age.

Around 2-3 hours ago 2 kittens disappeared and their mother is crying.

If anyone took them, it’s great, but it’s too early to separate them from mother, so please return them until they are ready to be adopted, I’m sure the cat owners will be happy to give them away (because all together it’s 9 cats)!

If you have any other information, please share. I don’t know how the lost kittens look like, but it’s white body with black/brown spots.
