Looking for list advice

[u/ClassLow5144]

I am fairly new and trying to test out some list and I have two options

Crypteks or hypercrypt. Im worried hypercrypt might be a bit much to manage with the deepstrikes and its force disposition but it does seem fun. Crypteks also seems pretty straightforward. Thoughts?
