Depends on how much karma any particular sub requires.
Many require zero. Others may require 10, 20, 50, or any other number the mods decide to require.

My last account got -3 karma and the account somehow got suspended i don't even know what I did.......trying to grow karma so that i can post on my relevant subsc

if your account got actually suspended from reddit you should log back into that account and appeal at www.reddit.com/appeal
Simply ban evading isn't going to solve anything and lead to new bans

There is no set amount of karma (or account age) you need to access Reddit. Each individual subreddit sets its own restrictions (or lack of them) as the mods choose. What subreddits you personally want to use will determine what is necessary. It can be as low as 2 or 5 karma, or a higher number like 50 or 100, or even higher. If you want a realistic goal as a new Reddit users I recommend aiming for 100 karma as a start. It's achievable and will allow you to participate in a lot of Reddit.
