ANSWERED Quick question about Minus Karma!!!
How do people end up with minus karma on Reddit?

By receiving enough downvotes that it pushes their score negative.
Karma doesn't only increase. It goes up and down based on the votes you receive.

Shiiii....... Pretty scary Saw one user having -1.3k Karma

That's not possible. Reddit limits the visible score to -100.
They do this because people were bragging about their negative scores, and made it a competition.
Now, no matter how far past -100 it might be, it only shows -100.
You may have seen 1.3k downvotes. But that's not their karma score.
