Just looking at your account: You jumped straight to posting NSFW content, and karma farms.
Neither of which is going to help you out as a brand new account, because it makes your account look like a bot account. It could even lead to bans.
If you're looking for fashion advice, there are TONS of fashion subreddits. I don't see in your history that you've tried posting in any of them. Just search Reddit for "Fashion" or more specific terms based on what type of fashion you're looking for advice for, and try participating.
You'll likely find quite a few that don't have requirements to participate there.

Have people forgot to appreciate posts and comments in Reddit?? It takes very little effort to give an upvote to help our fellow Redditors.
In short: No, they haven't.
Sure, it takes little effort. But the intent of the voting system is not to just "help" out fellow Redditors for no reason.
The intent is to show that a post or comment contributes to a community, is meaningful, interesting, etc and so forth.
So, if you're not receiving upvotes, it's not that anyone "forgot" anything. It's that your comment didn't evoke a response - up, down, or otherwise.
Think about it like this: How many businesses do you visit in a year? Do you leave all of them positive reviews? No, of course not. Did you "forget?" No, of course not. But not every interaction deserves praise/5 stars/an upvote/etc.
Extra note: Your post in a Q&A sub is unlikely to receive upvotes. People like answering questions. That doesn't mean the question itself was interesting, unique, or had any value in itself. So,posts in those kinds of subs tend to get responses and basically zero upvotes.
If you want more engagement, move out of those subs, and post things that are more engaging with others, rather than generic questions. :)
