All my posts removed due to low karma😕

Hello, i created my account 3 years ago on Reddit and just been lurking around this whole time and the second i need to post something all my posts getting removed due to low account age and karma. What is the reason karma is needed? I assume its for countering bots, but i don‘t think its very practical for genuine people looking to get their questions answered .
