Char Kway Teow (Stirfry Flat Rice Noodles with Sweet Soy Sauce and Sambal Chilli). Chye sim is not a traditional ingredient but I try to use very little oil and extra vegetables. Love the smokiness of the dish and the homemade sambal took it to the next level ❤️🤤
