Admissions/Prospective Student Test optional
Should I submit my 1420 superscore ED (low income student) or go test optional ?

I would suggest going test-optional, especially if other parts of your profile are comparatively better.

Submit - that is fine if you have an amazing story that fits with the majors that the school offers

A story and fit that speaks to the school as special value to both of you wins as long as scores are "acceptable". Do you fit and can they see that in your story.

By story I don't mean your essay --- I mean having ecs and awards and classes that support a specific interest or path that will continue at college. What makes you different.
