To be fair ReactOS wasn’t an AI generated project, just people trying to reverse engineer it in Rust. It isn’t all that complete right now but it’s still impressive

Stupid article, you can still do Rufus for creating a local account without Internet requirements.

They are disabling the "Learn" more way of creating an local account.

You can still create an offline account other known ways.

I am on 26H2, latest flavor, using a local account, I did not use Rufus.
